Rick and his team have worked on all of my families vehicles and the experience has always been top notch. The service is always exceptional and they are extremely knowledgeable and very honest. We've been taking our cars to Rick at Import Service Center for almost the full 20+ years we've lived here. He's taken immaculate care of four Toyotas, three of which are still running -- one is 20+ years old and still going like the Energizer Bunny! I never hesitated to trust a car he or his mechanics have worked on with my two kiddos in tow the whole time they were growing up. He's fair, honest and his recommendations for maintenance are exactly what our vehicles have always needed to run safely and economically.

Always superb service. Rick takes the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done, then when picking up the vehicle, goes over every detail of the work that was completed. I would never take my vehicles to any other import service shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. FIVE STARS!!!

A friendly place to take my Toyota SUV for service. They always do a great job. Have never had any problems with their service and always feel confident with their service when I leave. I feel lucky to have found it when I moved to Tucson . Highly recommend this place.

I used to have my car serviced here in the 90s. I moved out of town in 2000. Just got back early this year and was happy to see that this shop is still there-- same owner-- same great service. I've always felt that I was treated fairly in there. And as a woman, sometimes you aren't. But here, the owner is honest and reliable and fair. He thoroughly explains everything and he is just an all-around nice guy.
