We have been taking our car to Import Service Center for a few years now and I won't take it anywhere else while I'm in Tucson! The staff is always very polite and I can tell that they always do their best to offer the best options for any repairs in terms of efficiency and budget. They take the time to explain if something is wrong with the car and offer solutions. I really feel like they care for the car's condition and our safety as drivers. I also really appreciate that they listen to our concerns and address them. We have tried a few shops before and simply nothing compares!

Import Service Center is a great place to get your car or truck serviced. He helped us get our car serviced by Subaru because the part was covered by a recall and Subaru hadn’t told us when we took it to the dealership! If it wasn’t for him we would have been charged thousands by Subaru. Owner Rick is a man of integrity and that’s why we now bring both our vehicles here! Our cars are running great and we know we can trust he will be fair and honest. Thanks Rick!

I have been taking my vehicles to Import Services for several years. I trust them more than a dealership in maintaining my car. Rick is very honest and trustworthy and his team do excellent work. I have never taken my vehicle back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. He will not do work that is covered by warranty but suggests that the car be taken to the dealership to correct the problem.
