5/3/21 -- Import has been my 1993 Mitsubishi's best friend since about 1995. Rick Burnette the owner is extremely knowledgable and kind, and Jackie the receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. The premises are clean, and tasty gourmet coffee is provided. Rick respects old cars and is both willing and able to go to the trouble of fixing them no matter what it takes. Once I strayed to a shop closer to my home, but soon realized the difference in quality, and changed back to Import for my forever mechanic.

We always get first class service from Rick and his expert team! Our vehicles have never been in better hands over the last 20 years!! Thank you Import Service Center!

I’m not from around here, but was at the tail end of a visit before a long road trip. Naturally, cue the triangle of death on my Prius. I limped to the shop, and Rick couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he diagnose AND fix my problem on a Friday, he ran a complete diagnostic and told me what I may need to work on coming up. He didn’t try to upsale or take advantage of me. He patiently explained the problem and gave me a quote that was spot on. I feel lucky to find places like these that could so easily take advantage of a situation, but don’t. And beyond that, they offered to give me a ride to a local mall or help get a cab to a friend’s. They took a stressful situation and made it a lot easier!
