I’m not from around here, but was at the tail end of a visit before a long road trip. Naturally, cue the triangle of death on my Prius. I limped to the shop, and Rick couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he diagnose AND fix my problem on a Friday, he ran a complete diagnostic and told me what I may need to work on coming up. He didn’t try to upsale or take advantage of me. He patiently explained the problem and gave me a quote that was spot on. I feel lucky to find places like these that could so easily take advantage of a situation, but don’t. And beyond that, they offered to give me a ride to a local mall or help get a cab to a friend’s. They took a stressful situation and made it a lot easier!

Rick and his crew have been servicing my 2002 Acura RSX almost as long as he's been open. His no nonsense professional expertise and experience has always kept my baby running like brand new and me coming back. I know I can ask him anything about my car and service and he is always willing to show and tell and educate me . His pricing is more than fair and can't be beat. Today he and Matthew went beyond the extra mile and came to my side of the road flat tire rescue. This kind of personal service is what you find only with local , family owned businesses.
