Been going to them for years now and never got around to writing a review. Rick and everybody do a great job, really thorough and transparent - a great mechanic.

Import Service Center two things that are difficult to find in auto repair and service: top-tier work and fair prices. Rick always greets me with a smile and offers honest recommendations on work that need immediate attention or that can wait. I have been a customer for three years and will always trust Rick and his crew to take excellent care of my cars.

Rick and his crew have been servicing my 2002 Acura RSX almost as long as he's been open. His no nonsense professional expertise and experience has always kept my baby running like brand new and me coming back. I know I can ask him anything about my car and service and he is always willing to show and tell and educate me . His pricing is more than fair and can't be beat. Today he and Matthew went beyond the extra mile and came to my side of the road flat tire rescue. This kind of personal service is what you find only with local , family owned businesses. Rick Burnette, the owner of Import Service Center, is one of the best mechanics a person could ever have. He is thorough in his explanations. He will take you to the car, or show you the part, and show you what's needed and why. He also keeps a record of what was previously done to the car and shows it to you. If you're not knowledgeable in care repair, he helps to educate you. Staff is good too. Take your vehicle there. You will not be disappointed.
