I used to have my car serviced here in the 90s. I moved out of town in 2000. Just got back early this year and was happy to see that this shop is still there-- same owner-- same great service. I've always felt that I was treated fairly in there. And as a woman, sometimes you aren't. But here, the owner is honest and reliable and fair. He thoroughly explains everything and he is just an all-around nice guy.

Friendly, prompt, and great service as per usual. As long as my aging Subaru hangs in there, it'll be going to Rick to address any issues.

Rick looks for things that might go wrong in the future sometime at the wrong time.

I was first introduced to Rick and his crew by my son after complaining to him of my disappointment in the quality of service I had been receiving from my auto dealership. I have been taking my vehicles to Import Services for many years now and have never been disappointed in their quality of work. They are a friendly group and thoroughly explain the work that is required to keep the vehicle up and running smoothly. They only do the work that is necessary and the pricing is very reasonable. My new vehicles are never taken to the dealership except for work covered under warranty. I trust Import Services completely.
