Rick, Audrey and the tech team provided their usual excellent service. Wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else.

Rick is great. I have been taking my cars here for 10+ years.

I have used Import Service to maintain my vehicles since 1995. i have never been disappointed or felt I was taken advantage of. Rick always calls to discuss any additional issues that may show up once things get taken apart. Plus, he saves all the old parts to show me and explain what was wrong and how it affects the functioning of my vehicle. I am a 70-year old woman and I trust Rick and his employees to always have my safety in mind. I love this place.

On time and delivered as promised, as always. I've been going to Import Service Center since moving back to the area in 2012. No complaints to date. Glad I found a place with fast, friendly and efficient service. And I really appreciate the fact that Rick always gives me accurate appraisals as well as informative explanations of what he's done and/or thinks should be done.
