As a single woman with little car knowledge, I am so thankful for Heather and Rick. They both take the time to fully explain to me what is going on with my cars, often offering to show me the parts either on the car or when they have been replaced. Even when the news isn't good, I trust it is the truth and not an attempt to get me to do repairs that are not needed. The work done has always been quality and timely.

I have been going to Import Service for about 20 years with the last two cars i have owned. My Subaru was 15 years old when I sold it and now my Kia is 13 years old and Import service keeps it in tip top shape. I trust them totally with any advice they give me for future service I may need.
