My 1993 Mitsubishi Expo has been serviced by Rick at Import since about 1997, which is why it's still purring along. For a couple of years I changed to a shop closer to my home, but when my car needed major help, Rick was the only person with the expertise to handle it and to find the right computers to fix it. He is very particular about running an efficient and clean shop and guest area. Even Heather, his receptionist, is a well-qualified mechanic and, like Rick, extremely sharp and personable. I feel confident that Rick's estimates and prices are as fair and economical as possible, for new cars as well as the older models and their older owners. Import is my forever mechanic until my car and I fall apart.
