Rick, Heather, and Mike are a great team. Took my 2005 Mazda 3 in for what had been diagnosed, incorrectly at two other independent shops ( one locally) as cylinder misfire on cylinder 3 and 4. Taking a ride with Mike he immediately pinpointed the problem as worn motor mounts which was causing the engine to shake causing my " misfire/ jerking" issue. All of the folks here seem to go that "extra mile" to help repair your car. Looks like I have found a home for my Mazda. Highly recommended.

I've been using Import Service for decades (through 3 Toyotas) now & don't know what I'll do if/when Rick retires! The crew is extremely thorough and competent and I can't think of any time I needed to return to the shop after their work was completed. It's great to have a shop you can trust to treat you right.
