Rick, Heather, and Mike are a great team. Took my 2005 Mazda 3 in for what had been diagnosed, incorrectly at two other independent shops ( one locally) as cylinder misfire on cylinder 3 and 4. Taking a ride with Mike he immediately pinpointed the problem as worn motor mounts which was causing the engine to shake causing my " misfire/ jerking" issue. All of the folks here seem to go that "extra mile" to help repair your car. Looks like I have found a home for my Mazda. Highly recommended.
