Just had my car in again for a seasonal cooling system check and oil change. I have had consistently professional and friendly service from Rick and his team each visit I've made to this shop. Kudos.

Three colleagues recommended this shop to me 10 years ago and I've taken my imports to Rick ever since. Rick and his staff are knowledgeable, patient and kind. They always take the time to explain and demonstrate what they've done to the car. They fix only what needs to be fixed and give you honest assessments on what is priority for next time. I don't feel cheated or taken advantage of. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Staff were very competent and knowledgeable. Service was Leonor and ready when promised. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Ive been taking my cars to Rick since 2006. My husband and I just recently bought a car and continue to bring our car to Rick. In fact, the dealer didn't even mention that we could get oil changes and their shop because they already knew that I was going to take my car to Rick. He and his staff are the only ones I trust to touch my car. I will only take my car to Rick. Also, I love his staff, they are very nice, as well.

I know when I take my car into Import Service Center, it will be repaired correctly. They are knowledgeable, professional and honest!

The service is always great as is the maintenance on my vehicle.
