I needed a lot of intensive work done on my 2001 Accord, including a motor mount and struts. Rick and his team took the extra time to re-inspect items that had previously been reported to me in November and gave me better information to work from. I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. All work was completed as promised and came in totally in line with the initial estimate I was given. The car drives so much smoother now thanks to the team at Import Service Center. Greatly appreciated. Kudos to Heather as well for the time spent giving me a ride to and from my place.

What an amazing shop. Rick goes the extra mile and always provides reasonable options to any maintenance issues identified with my Honda Element. The entire staff are courteous and professional. Any defective parts are saved and he takes the time to show me what was wrong and why it was important to make the necessary repairs. He pro-actively identifies potential problems and keeps an eye on them with every regular maintenance. I have always been completely satisfied with any repairs made and I've been taking my car to him for close to 10 years now. He takes care of my car as if it were his own. AND got me birthday cupcakes when I had my car in for unplanned repairs on my birthday. I absolutely and highly recommend this shop for regular maintenance and repairs.

Rick and his team have done a great job, taking care of my daughter's car for a number of years now. Their service is honest and upfront and will not sell you or recommend something, that may not be needed. Very honest. Rick tells me when I DON'T need something I think I need. So rare in this industry. I drive a long way to get to ISC because I trust them to fix my car without doing unnecessary repairs.
