I always know that they are going to do the best to keep my truck running, reliable and safe. They aren't going to try and gouge me by throwing parts at a problem. They will diagnose the problem first, and then discuss with me the best way to proceed from there, even if it is only "let's keep an eye on it for now". I've had this truck since 1989 and it's questionable whether I would still be using it as an everyday driver for the last 5 years if I hadn't taken it to Import Service Center when other places were unable to troubleshoot a problem I was having with my truck's carburetor. They didn't even know it the problem was the carburetor. Import Service Center has saved me a lot of money and aggravation while giving me good peace of mind when it comes to driving my 28 year old pickup truck.
