I have been coming to Import Service Center since 2011. Before that, I would do almost all major work on my own vehicles. As my personal and professional life became more demanding, I had less and less time to do the work. The team at Import Service Center takes the same pride in doing the work as I always have. You cannot buy that kind of passion. Rick, Lanie, David and the rest of their team are honest, reliable, and committed to getting the work done right the first time. More importantly, they truly care about you and your vehicle.

Always appreciate the attention to our vehicles. It appears you do NOT try to 'make up' issues just to do some work. It appears you keep our vehicles safe and inform us of any issues other the ones that we are bringing the vehicles in for. I appreciate the conversations with "Dr." Rick so we can share our thoughts on service needed, etc. He IS the primary care 'physician' for our cars! I WANT to have these face-to-face conversations. It helps BOTH of us understand the vehicle condition.We'll be back. Jay

Owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians are highly experienced and have been there a long time, which I think speaks well for how the business is managed. They keep me posted as to what repairs may be needed in the future so I can prepare mentally and financially to keep my car well-maintained. They don't do "preventative maintenance" way before it is due like the repair shop I used to go to. Rick, the owner, watched my CV boots (that my old repair shop told me were severely cracked and needed to be replaced immediately) for 18 months before they actually needed to be replaced. He takes me into the garage and actually shows me the problem and where the repairs are needed. He lets me know which repairs can wait a little while and which ones should be done soon. And he shows me the old parts that he replaced after the repairs have been completed. I don't know exactly how their pricing compares with others... probably not the cheapest, but then you get what you pay for in this world.
