I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love Rick's "Show & Tell" session when I pick up my car. They answer all my questions in detail. They are honest & reasonable.

My family has been going to Import Service Center for almost ten years. They are reliable, friendly, honest, and are fairly priced on every service they offer. They always walk me through every service they do, explaining what needs to be done and why. Rick has over 30 years of experience with imported cars. My '02 4Runner is reaching 200,000 miles, and Import Service Center will keep it going for at least another 50,000. Highly recommended.

I switched from a dealer to Import Service Center on the advice of a coworker and I couldn't be happier. Look, car repairs are never going to be inexpensive and I have an older Toyota, but Import Service is probably 20% cheaper than the dealer, they will show you the parts they are replacing, and the car rides better than when the dealer was servicing it. They are a smaller business so they get to know you and your car - you are no longer just another number. They have a customer for life for my imports.

Overall, the best automotive service and repair I've ever experienced in my 40+ years of having my vehicles serviced and repaired. Everything was explained in detail, from the initial cost estimate to the finished job repair invoice. THOROUGH! The garage area as well as customer waiting room are vvery clean, orderly and well organized. Rick and Laney are courteous, efficient and very knowledgable. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO IMPORT SERVICE CENTER. You will not regret it.

Overall, then best car service I've experienced. All repairs and service were explained in detail, from the initial cost estimate to reviewing the invoice of the finished job, and then showing and explaining the removed parts. THOROUGH! The garage area is neat, clean and orderly, as is the customer waiting area. A very organized and well-ran operation. Rick and Laney are exceptional: courteous, efficient,and knowledgeable. Rick & company do their very best to serve the customer's needs and provide a comprehensible analysis of one's automobile's status. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and the personal contact legitimate and reliable.

I used this shop for a few years and had nothing but great experiences. They go through each step with you and explain exactly what's wrong and why, showing physical examples and comparing it to your parts. They were always happy to drive me home or pick me up. It's a small-feeling shop that means you don't get lost in the shuffle, like it feels when you are at a dealer. Highly recommend this shop.
